Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our services. This agreement establishes the legally binding terms and conditions governing your use of our platform.
These statutory terms govern all commercial engagements, optical specification deliverables, luminaire supply agreements, and technical engineering services provided by DPM Lighting Co. Please review each numbered section thoroughly.
Any party accessing engineering documentation, photometric schedules, and architectural specifications must maintain verified operational authority. Users warrant that all dimensional inputs, load requirements, and site conditions submitted for lighting design calculations are accurate and adhere to current national electrical code standards. The misuse, unauthorized redistribution, or alteration of digital photometric assets (including IES/LDT files) without prior written consent from DPM Lighting Co. is strictly prohibited.
Optical layouts, lux-level simulations, and fixture schedules are generated based on standardized laboratory conditions. On-site architectural variances, finish reflectance discrepancies, and non-certified power feeds may result in minor operational deviations. All custom luminaire orders and custom optic fabrications enter production only upon written engineering approval and receipt of initial technical sign-off.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DPM Lighting Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from installation delays, contractor labor claims, improper ballast wiring, or electrical surges outside specified operating tolerances. Total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific hardware or design phase in dispute.
All statutory provisions and contractual agreements shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DPM Lighting Co. is registered, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding commercial arbitration administered under prevailing institutional rules.
